Not many business topics this year would cause as much of a stir as the UAE PDPL. The UAE PDPL has come into force on January 2nd, 2022, and would be affecting everyone who is in business. The Executive Regulations to the UAE PDPL are expected to be published shortly.
Thereafter, organizations have a period of six months from the date of issuance of the Executive Regulations in which they can adjust operations in compliance with the PDPL.
